By using WAKA WELL you agree to these terms.

Use of the map

Directions, times and place details are a guide. Routes use free-flow estimates with no traffic and may not know about closed roads or turns. Opening hours, numbers and addresses can be out of date, and most places are not yet confirmed. Always use your own judgement on the road, and call before you travel.

What you send us

• Only send what is true and what you are allowed to share. Photos must be your own, with no clear faces or private details.
• You keep your rights, and you let us show what you send in the app and use it to keep places accurate.
• We may remove anything that is wrong, abusive, spam or unlawful, and we may stop accepting submissions from a device that misuses the service.
• Points are a thank-you for helpful contributions. They have no cash value, and rewards, if any, will be announced separately.

Field agents and owners

Field agents must survey only places they are physically at. A claim on a listing must come from the owner or a person they have authorised. We may call to check, and we may refuse or reverse a claim.

Limits

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it is always available or that every detail is right, and we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on it.
